The combination of antibiotics and antiphlogistics 

Characteristics: 

 ● Kanamycin is a broad spectrum antibiotic, active against Gram-positive(Corynebacterium, Staphylococcus) and especially Gram-negative bacteria, such as Aerobacter, Enterobacter, E. coli, Klebsiella, Proteus and Salmonella.
● Colistin is a bactericidal antibiotic with limited spectrum, active against Gram-negative bacteria, such as Aerobacter aerogenes, corynebacterium diphtheria, E. coli, Haemophilus influenzae, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella and Shigella.

● Neomycin is an ideal antibiotics for intestinal use, with bactericidal action against most Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. Neomycin is especially recommended against diarrhea caused by E. coli.
● Dexamethasone is a synthetic glucocorticosteroid with anti-allergic action. It's antiphlogistic action facilitates the diffusion of antibiotics into the infected area.
● K.C.N.D. inj has a very broad activity against mainly all Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. After parenteral application, therapeutic blood levels are attained within 1~2 hours, which are maintained for a period of more than 20 hours.
